Worked as Helpdesk Supervisor for an IT helpdesk in the United States Navy where I resolved over 7,500 issues. Became webpage administrator from self-teaching HTML, CSS and Java. Worked as an Electronics Technician on medical devices such as CPAPs, BiPAPs, and sleep study units at Philips Respironics. I had consistently improved unit output by 25% with 100% accuracy.Spent one year working as a Wireline Operator at Nine Energy Service. I consistently performed corrective and preventative maintenance while in the position to preserve the life of the tools, equipment, and personnel around the area.Currently in a position as a System Administrator at CACI. I work multiple arising issues of internal processing with users across an international platform. I also perform the functions of One Identity Manager System Administrator to resolve server complications and maintain user accounts, including roles and functionality.Since being employed at CACI Inc, I have been given the opportunity to explorer different IT specialties and broaden my horizons.
