ABOUT MICAH LEINBACH
As a coach, guide, educator, entrepreneur, and operator, I sit at the intersection of human-centered experiences, social justice, and talent work. Whether it\'s a process, a moment in time, an event, or a system, I bring an analytical, design thinking, experiential approach to everything I do - especially in the outdoor industry, in education, and in talent development. My experience spans inside (corporate HQs and executive teams), outside (expeditions for all groups and ages), and on screens (hybrid and remote learning and talent programs). I also bridge from internal (operations, HR) to external (sales, fundraising). Any personality test you give me will put me deep in the \"analytical\" corner. Problems are puzzles to be solved, and I show up with a calm, steady demeanor and ample training in teamwork, communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence, and coaching.
