Current Activities: Manage engineering teams through the completion of major Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects and FEED studies. Duties include scope management, scheduling, coordination of inter-disciplinary needs, change management, construction support, and vendor product reviews. This role works in unison with Project Management to manage all technical project scope while supporting client needs and reporting project status to stakeholders. Prior Project/Management Roles:River Consulting/Houston Interests/Matrix PDM Managed daily operations for the Process Controls Engineering Group. Responsibilities included administrative duties, resource loading based on project demands, kick-off meetings, training, and review of deliverables.Project Lead for multiple gas processing projects. Leading design efforts for PCS and SCS design, network architecture, implementation and commissioning. Proposal manager for automation FEED studies, EPC proposals and I&C focused projects.Multi-Disciplinary Project Manager for Geismar Methanex Terminal (GMT) facility in Baton Rouge, La. EPC full-scope project involving civil/structural, piping, electrical, and I&C engineering scope for a methanol terminal serving barge, ship, truck and rail loading.Electrical Lead - Louis Dreyfus glycerin process facility in Indiana. Managed electrical grounding, distribution, lighting, instrumentation, and cable tray design for the project.Project Manager - IT Architecture/Installation. Managed design and installation of new office and phone networks, prepared hardware estimates and handled all procurement. WestinghouseLead Plant Control System Engineer for the V.C. Summer Units 2 & 3 Project. Responsible for the coordination of all DCIS engineering activities ranging from functional design and system architecture to control cabinet delivery.I&C interface lead engineer for the power plants being built at VC Summer (S.C.) and Vogtle (Ga.) sites.
