I’m the Founder of Triple Strategy Group, a strategy advisory focused on institutional inflection points.These are moments when leaders must set direction, make consequential tradeoffs, and translate ambition into focused decisions.I work with capital owners, foundations, funds, and operators navigating complex challenges across science, technology, global health, and women’s health. Much of this work involves partnerships spanning public, private, and philanthropic institutions.Previously, I served as a senior strategist at the Gates Foundation and advised private equity, Fortune 100, government, and philanthropy clients at McKinsey & Company.At the Gates Foundation, I helped lead elements of the COVID-19 response in Africa and built four new teams as the Gender Equality division took shape. I also designed innovation portfolios and partnerships totaling $250M+ and led $50M+ in direct investments globally.My client work centers on three questions:1.
