ABOUT MICAELA DI GIUSTO
I am a Human Resources Manager with more than 15 years of experience, where I always promoted and encouraged a corporate culture based on mutual trust, collaboration, knowledge sharing and self-assumption of responsibility by employees. I started my professional experience in Danieli Group, a worldwide leader in the production of steelmaking plants. In 2010 I joined the food multinational cameo, with the aim of strengthening the HR function. Defining a solid HR strategy, enhancing process consolidation and working closely with the company management, allowed me to achieve important results in a short time. In 2018 I was ready for a new challenge, so I moved back to Udine, my hometown, and joined Pittini Group, moving back to the steel sector. Here I found a company in which people are the most important resource. Throughout my career I took part in different and stimulating projects. From 2011 to 2018 I have been involved in the international Appraisal and Development Process and from 2014 I have been responsible for the Lean & Six Sigma organization. In 2017 at cameo, took part in an important Change Management project involving Smart Working topics. Since 2018 I have been involved to the development of the main HR and training projects of the Pittini Group: Steel Training, Management4Steel and Steel Date.
