ABOUT MICAELA OLEARY

My work sits at the intersection of internal communications, employee events, and experience design - partnering closely with leaders to translate goals and strategy into human-centered moments employees can feel and act on. As an experienced Internal Communications, Events, and Programs Specialist, my passion is building thoughtful, scalable content that helps employees understand what matters, feel connected to one another, and do their best work.As a founding member of Toast\'s Internal Communications & Employee Experience team, I helped define channel strategy, create and scale programs through hyper growth, and support employees through critical change moments. I\'ve led enterprise-wide initiatives through periods of growth, change, and complexity - including IPO, COVID, organizational transformation, and global expansion.Most recently at New Balance, I lead flagship global employee moments and year-round programs that reinforce brand, culture, and connection, and partner cross-functionally on initiatives that strengthen listening and engagement. With over 10 years in Executive Communications and 8+ focusing on IC and EX, I care deeply about creating environments where employees feel informed, included, excited, and empowered - and about building the programs and storytelling to support it.
