Experience in fee for service reimbursement, value based contracting and complex reimbursement methodology. Working for the largest commercial payor in Louisiana (BCBSLA) for ten years has been beneficial to learning contracts on both sides of the table. I have commercial network building experience for PPO & select networks, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage from the ground up, including network adequacy compliance. I believe successful negotiating strategy includes partnership between payor and provider for both sides to be prosperous. Building successful professional relationships is what sets me apart. Today, I negotiate payor contracts for 100+ national urgent care facilities across multiple states. I have established healthcare relationships across the state of Louisiana that has elevated my connection to the Louisiana healthcare community. Additionally, my contact list has expanded with national urgent care negotiations bringing in revenue that impacts the bottom line. I love what I do!
