Dynamic, approachable and motivated individual with ability to influence others through teaching and encouraging children who may be faced with exclusion. I competed at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics in Women’s Bobsleigh securing the best ever finish (8th) that British Women have ever had. I also have a passion for sprinting my personal sports achievement have enabled me to compete at national, International, Welsh level and at the Common Wealth Games, Glasgow 2014. I have spoken at local schools to encourage children into sport and to share my experience of being a successful sports woman Another achievement has been when I competed and won Total Wipe Out winter edition in 2011.
