I love the challenge of learning new software quickly, such as Microsoft 365 (Lists, Teams, SharePoint, Office, Power Automate), AI Chat bots, Salesforce, and Kronos. As a company upgrades or adopts new software, I meet with the stakeholders, run focus groups on their needs and challenges, use project management software to organize the efforts, and am the voice for the end user.I enjoy creating training programs from the ground up as well as finding gaps in existing training. These programs include videos, Instructor Led Training, eLearnings (including software simulation eLearnings), as well as just in time training in a variety of modalities. I train everyone from administrative secretaries to executives.I assist with web design, knowledge management, and am an LMS admin and am learning new skills each year. I love to help people achieve more in less time and to see them get excited about software and hardware.

   At Timmons we create custom software solutions, and my role is to ensure that the client\'s employees can adopt the new technology through creative learning and communication solutions. I track what methods of learning are most effective, create bespoke training in the form of eLearning, videos, and guides based on user groups, and ensure communications help to bring awareness of upcoming change before it happens.
