About Mic Skaar

I am a District Sales Manager with LG Seeds and received the Pacesetter award from AgReliant Genetics in 2022, LG Seeds Top Recruitment Success award in 2024, and Dealer Development and Management Excellence Award in 2025. I grew up on a grain, hay, beef, and prior dairy farm near Albert Lea, MN, and am proud to be involved with, and growing my own operation on our multigenerational farm. I have always been heavily involved in leadership, agriculture, and agricultural groups such as Alpha Gamma Rho, and the National FFA organization. I enjoy being a volunteer firefighter and fire department training officer on my hometown department, as well as serving on my local township board.
