Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. • Perform GAP analysis to identify areas for improvements and business re-engineering. • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management during meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. • Clarify issues with developers during efforts to validate designs and functional specifications. • Develop and coordinate UAT activities. Perform QA testing to verify that the needs are met. • Ensure that all deliverables are tested to confirm that they meet the definition of done and conform to quality as documented from the user\'s perspective. • Manage Projects through the SDLC process using AGILE/SCRUM methodology. • Collaborate closely with product owner on backlog grooming to keep backlog relevant and prioritized. Ensure acceptance criteria are agreed upon and stories are ready for sizing.
