ABOUT MICHEL BOUSTANI

For the last 35 years, Michel Boustani has been working in the fields of communication and corporate training. His offering of services were essentially in the development, the strategies and the implementation of pedagogical approaches for adult education in addition to developing solutions for electronic document management systems. His professional activities served essentially various corporate industries and in particular for the last 10 years in the engineering field (design, management & construction) for National & International projects. During the last 4 years, Michel, was attached to the Corporate Knowledge Management team, to implement solutions. His mandates were focused on developing strategies to motivate and engage various audiences (users) such as awareness training programs and developing processes to implement Knowledge Networks (KN) throughout the various engineering disciplines. The Design Thinking for Business Solutions (DT) approaches were used to facilitate a better understanding of KM and KN. Recently Michel got involved into the Knowledge Transfer (Elicitation) and started learning the Ethnographic Interviews approaches. Michel Boustani, is well known for his innovative approach in business solutions, he enjoys well proven expertise in project management and business solutions focused on end users. Among his other interests, Michel attended lately online training classes on Gamification (how to use game elements into non-game environments), storytelling (an adapted approach to engage user’s motivation). Michel is actively involved into social networks and medias, including both French & English blogs dedicated to a better social good.
