Provide active leadership for the business, financial, investment, human resources, information technology, and administrative functions of the finest girl\'s school in the world; responsible for the school’s $28 million operating budget,$155 million endowment, and 75 staff members.• Oversee the development, administration and reporting on the operating budget to the Board of Trustees, auditors, federal, state and local authorities, rating agencies, donors, and various Miss Porter’s administrative offices.• Responsible for the administration of the Porter’s endowment; executes endowment and investment policy, implements investment decisions of the Board, coordinates with endowment consultants, investment managers, and custodians ensure effective endowment allocations, performance and reporting.• Collaborate with outside legal counsel regarding all legal or contractual issues; interface with various insurance carriers regarding risk management concerns; orchestrate a positive and pro-active public presence for the school, including maintaining a collegial relationship with the Town of Farmington and other entities.• Serve as the primary staff contact for four Board Committees: Audit & Risk, Buildings & Grounds, Finance and Investment.
