   As part of the Kiosk & Android Tablet Mobility Team, I oversee QA testing and production release support for airport kiosks and tablets for the Enterprise, Alamo, and National car rental brands. Perform Java-based Kiosk, Android tablet & mobile printer testing to validate Enterprise Holdings mobile rental applications in an agile environment. Meet with business analyst to discuss application requirements. Formulate test plans and schedules to ensure resource availability. Participate in production and development status meetings to discuss timelines, project resources, new functionality, handoffs, issues / solutions, error logs, defects, software builds, environment concerns / configuration impact / development complexity. Provide data setup and support to 3rd party vendors for software development and unit testing. Perform various types of GUI / Internet and web services testing and report defects as they arise. Provide data seeding, retesting, regression, smoke testing and defect certification for each new build, database upgrade or data refresh. Translate business requirements and linears into test scenarios, test cases & test scripts to create a detailed test matrix with maximum test coverage. Write & execute SQL scripts for Oracle database validation. Provide go/no go decisions for production releases. Tools utilized are Jira, Zephyr, IBM Rational Tools - RQM - Quality Manager, RequisitePro, ClearQuest, Oracle SQL Developer, AS400, Enterprise & IBM Proprietary Tools.
