Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Mia spent nearly two decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She held key roles at internationally acclaimed establishments—including serving as the pastry chef at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California and The Inn at Little Washington in Virginia.Mia partners with Senior Vice President Kelly Gaddis. Together, they bring over 40 years of combined experience in food and beverage operations, offering clients a rare depth of insight and practical expertise. While their focus is on retail leasing and sales, they have also represented buyers in acquisitions of industrial, development, and mixed-use properties.Originally from West Virginia, Mia earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and went on to study hotel management and culinary arts at L’Institut Paul Bocuse in Écully, France, where she also learned to speak French. She is a true cosmopolite, having traveled across the globe and has lived in Annapolis, Chicago, Napa, San Francisco, Paris, and Lyon before establishing roots in Washington State in 2018.She is known for her strong work ethic, integrity, creative thinking, and leadership experience—qualities that continue to serve her clients well in every stage of the leasing or investment process.
