I am particularly focused on patient safety, risk identification, and ensuring that critical information is communicated clearly to frontline teams to enable informed and timely responses.Alongside my operational role, I serve as Co-Chair of Together@NEAS, where I work collaboratively with senior leaders and colleagues to promote staff wellbeing, inclusion, and organisational improvement. This has strengthened my leadership, stakeholder engagement, and ability to influence change across teams.My background spans engineering and sustainability, holding a Master’s in Renewable and Sustainable Energy Technologies and experience in delivering projects within construction environments.
