I “stop the buck” for Information Services, and make sure that the minimum changes to their computer systems are smooth, successful, but most importantly provide maximum returns.At Noritsu, I was Director of IT, and oversaw steep expense reductions while improving bandwidth. Implementation projects included outsourced sales tax service, and salesforce.com.I worked for 10 years at Clarion Corp of America, who makes car audio and multimedia systems, as their Senior Director of Information Services. I was responsible for their IT in the US, Canada, and Mexico. I established use of web conferencing before the turn of the century, and led the development of an Extranet web site for their dealers.Prior to Clarion, I spent 14 years at Endevco, a sensor and electronics engineering company, where I successfully led the project to replace their main business system – essentially, a “brain transplant”. Before leading the business system replacement project, I was the engineering project manager for their largest selling product, a flight essential, jet engine vibration monitoring system that is still on most Boeing airliners today.
