Support DCAC/EAOP Career Staff (Directors & Associate Director, Assistant Directors, and managers) with tasks such as filing student applications, printing and organizing materials for pick-up, designing school and region specific event flyers, updating official DCAC and EAOP websites, assembling and mailing out recruitment letters, etc.• Assist Data Manager with data from 50+ College Adviser Fellows across 40+ school sites by tracking monthly event stats, formatting spreadsheets, organizing student information, and transcribing handwritten materials• Design visually appealing and effective marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Illustrator to promote large-scale program events and increase attendance and engagement• Perform clerical duties such as inventorying office materials and program swag and organizing the program’s cloud storage system (Box) and online designing platform,(Canva)• Work collaboratively with other Program Assistants to complete tasks assigned and streamline communication of progress to other Program Assistants and supervisors with a comprehensive Google Sheets Tracker• Assist with editing Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Data Management training videos utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro• Support the creation of mugs, stickers, and other office merchandise using Cricut Design Space and Cricut machines
