I\'m a project manager who actually manages projects, not just meetings about them.Over the past 9+ years, I\'ve led the full lifecycle delivery of websites, web applications, CMS platforms, digital integrations, and content programs for some of the world\'s most recognized brands. Right now, I\'m managing a portfolio of four major enterprise accounts, overseeing nearly $2M in annual contracts and helping shape the delivery frameworks our team uses to structure client engagements.I thrive at the intersection of technical teams and business stakeholders — translating between the two, holding the thread, and making sure the right things get built on time without burning people out in the process. I\'ve been the escalation point on high-stakes client relationships. I\'ve built reporting systems, resourcing models, and engagement frameworks from scratch. The through-line across all of it is the same: give me real ownership and I\'ll deliver.What I\'ve learned after nearly a decade in digital delivery is that the most valuable project managers don\'t just track work — they improve the systems work flows through. That\'s where my focus has always been.Outside of work, movement keeps me grounded.
