Additionally, I handle document preservation, cross-referencing, and ordering subpoenas to ensure defense counsel is following appropriate procedures to support the litigation process. I have drafted Medical Payment demands for first party auto insurance carriers. Maintaining and strengthening client relationships is a key aspect of my role, as I obtain missing case information and address client needs promptly. I also strategize with litigation attorneys and paralegals to determine the best course of action for trials. My administrative support extends to assisting paralegals with various duties, including legal research and documentation. Excelling under high-pressure conditions, I ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of our legal team.
