As the Client Onboarding Manager at SalesHive, I am responsible for collecting pertinent information necessary to build B2B companies\' go-to-market strategy. Leveraging my experience in marketing and retail industries, I excel in organizing client information, communicating across teams, managing time effectively, and demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork skills. I also manage the department by keeping all internal documentation up to date, strategize with leadership to improve our processes and train others who support the department.With a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, I bring a solid foundation in business operations and management to my role.Prior to joining SalesHive, I spent three years in leadership roles at multi-million dollar Super Target stores, where I served as a leader for the Fulfillment and Service and Engagement departments. During this time, I honed my leadership skills by managing and guiding large teams through their daily tasks and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally. Through these experiences, I developed a deep understanding of how to manage the diverse expectations and needs of a team, which led to exceptional results.
