   As a Benefits Guide Production Coordinator, I support the project management team in the execution and delivery of employee benefits communication campaigns—primarily digital and print guides. My responsibilities include recording and tracking project details and expenses in our CRM, preparing materials for vendors (such as branding assets, client-provided documents, and reference guides), and coordinating translation processes to ensure content is accessible to all audiences.I play a key role in the quality assurance process, reviewing materials to ensure client feedback is accurately incorporated and performing final QA/QC checks for grammar, formatting, and consistency. I also support the distribution phase by generating QR codes, tracking links, hyperlinked thumbnails, embed codes, and other assets that make accessing digital guides easy and measurable.This role requires precision, strong organization, and collaboration across internal teams and external partners—all to ensure our clients\' communications are delivered accurately, on time, and on brand.
