About Mia Mosconi

Hello! I am Mia Mosconi and I am a student at the Darla Moore School of Business at University of South Carolina. I am a Finance and Real Estate double major with a public relations and advertising minor- With the experience in the restaurant industry I have obtained many skills such as customer service, guest satisfaction, and problem solving as well as many more. There have been many difficult situations which you can never be prepared enough for that allows for critical thinking- Working as an assistant for a real estate lawyer allows me to see all sides to the real estate industry such as the contract and legal side which I would not have otherwise seen prior to entering the industry. I gained many important skills such as communication, office management and enhanced my organizational skills by creating a new filing system for the office- My passion for real estate stems from flipping houses with my dad and the experiences going along with designing them as well as the process of turning them into rental properties. I always enjoyed searching through pictures of houses on Zillow and want to pursue a career in an industry I enjoy.

   I supported New Home Consultants with daily sales operations, including managing customer inquiries, coordinating tours, and assisting with paperwork. I engaged directly with prospective buyers to explain Lennar’s communities, floor plans, and included features, helping them find the best fit for their needs. I also conducted market research on nearby neighborhoods to enhance sales presentations and provide more value to buyers. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to real estate sales, customer service, and CRM tools in a fast-paced, professional environment.
