About Mia Michaelides
I am a recent graduate of Cornell University, where I earned my masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, concentrating in human resources and organizations. During my time at Cornell, I served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant and the VP of Student Development for ILR\'s Graduate Student Association. In 2021, I graduated summa cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.S. in business administration. I was named the 2021 HR Graduate of the Year, was part of the honor’s program, served in multiple extracurriculars, was captain of the Women’s Lacrosse team, and was nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year award. I aspire to utilize my business acumen and passion for talent management to help companies reach business objectives by leveraging their human capital. My goal is to create better workplaces and a more inclusive future of work.
