As an Associate, I work primarily on projects related to EDI, anti-racism and decolonisation in HEIs. Notably, I was Researcher and Executive Group member on the Anti-Racist Curriculum Project, and authored the report for Tackling the Underrepresentation of Ethnic Diversity in the Workplace. Both these projects form part of Advance HE’s flagship Tackling Racism on Campus project.
