Manages and coordinates a portfolio of conflicting system projects for Nursing Care Transformation in support of division leadership, ensuring successful conclusions while aligning with business goals and objectives. Accountable for the CSH Regional leaders leading the Virtually Integrated Care Models and transformative strategies using digital solutions in the Central Regions. Performs with the Senior Vice President of Innovation and Care Transformation, the strategic planning, coordinating, and facilitatinglarge, cross-functional, complex Innovation projects and initiatives (in collaboration with organizationalleadership/management, hospital staff, medical staff) to ensure that standards, objectives, timelines and deliverables are met from project initiation through delivery and sustainment. Develops, implements and manages accepted standard performance improvement methodologies/tools as needed across the portfolio including charters, business cases, project plans, risk/issue management, communication plans, quality assurance, status reporting, change management and PDSA tests of change. Facilitates/leads meetings with senior management and key internal/external stakeholders, prepares meeting materials, and drives effort to identify and resolve issues/risks and determine next steps. Develop, monitor and communicate project scope, schedule and metrics. Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports and project updates. Works closely with other Nursing Care Transformation team members to achieve a consistent and cohesive work product that appears seamless to project customers.
