Sole Talent Acquisition Professional leading Protect BT Group’s “Privileged Access Workstation” recruitment which consists of 16 roles to a headcount of 25 people. This is a business-critical project ensuring BT is TSA compliant as well as robustly secure from cyber threats. The completion is due for 2027. Taking full ownership of role briefings, reviewing CVs, sourcing candidates, interview shortlisting & completion, offering roles & accurate reporting to monitor progress. I also partnered with Recruitment Marketing to provide feedback for Protect BT Group\'s EVP. Demonstrating high levels of organisation, stakeholder manager, candidate care & working with wider teams to resolve any issues impacting recruiting.Supporting recruitment in the Networks division in BT, specifically BT Networks Cyber Security (Technical and Compliance), Network Cloud and Field Engineering.Maintaining relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.Embedding Diversity and Inclusion via Entry level talent schemes and suggesting more inclusive recruitment actions.Sourcing candidates through a variety of means, providing a helpful, efficient and professional service throughout the hiring process.Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from taking the job briefing meeting, CV sifting, providing interview support, submitting the offer, ensuring the candidate is successfully onboarded and in post.Partnering with the Networks Recruitment team sourcer to fill niche roles and talent co-ordinators to arrange interviews and complete other manual tasks.Attend Cyber Security talks (internal to BT and external) to ensure I have an awareness of the area I recruit for.Acted as the team’s SME for Success Factors which involves sharing updates, participating in system testing & collating feedback for improvements.Mentor the team sourcer as she progresses into Talent Acquisition Professional role duties.Train new joiners in the Networks Recruitment team.
