I work at the intersection of operations and risk management, with a background rooted in healthcare.My career started in operations, where I supported clinical leaders and administrative teams across budgeting, scheduling, compliance, and process improvement. Being close to the day to day work gave me a real appreciation for how much structure and clarity matter. It also showed me how quickly small gaps can turn into larger issues if they are not addressed early.That perspective is what led me into risk management. When you’ve worked inside complex systems, you naturally become more aware of where things can break down. Now, as a Risk Manager, I focus on identifying and organizing risk in a way that is practical and collaborative. I do not believe in red tape for the sake of it. I believe in building structure rooted in integrity that protects teams and supports responsible growth.My experience spans healthcare administration, financial oversight, compliance initiatives, and cross functional collaboration. I am hands on, detail oriented, and genuinely motivated by bringing clarity to complex environments while upholding strong ethical standards.At my core, I care about accountability, integrity, sustainability, and building systems that work for the people using them.
