About Mia Evans
Being a student at a Big Ten University has been an incredible experience so far as I have been able to wear many different hats throughout my time as a Badger. Whether it be interviewing strangers on State Street to hear their life stories, curating strategic marketing ideas to propel a local business, attending speaker meetings for the Association of Women in Sports Media, and attending countless games at Camp Randall and the Kohl Center, the past year has been an incredibly eye opening glimpse into the different aspects of strategic communications in sports. Throughout my courses, and extracurriculars here at UW, I have pinpointed my interest in Strategic Communications, and the behind the scenes work that goes into fans falling in love with their teams.On, Wisconsin!
