About Mia Ellis

I am an executive coach for purpose-driven leaders and organizations. For 20+ years, as a professional and a volunteer, I have focused on leadership, management, and facilitation. I believe in the power of individuals to push beyond our perceived limitations to increase our abilities and our joy as leaders.I enjoy working with individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock their own potential and amplify their impact. I hold a BA in Communications from the University of Colorado, am a Certified Hudson Institute Coach, and a PCC certified coach through the International Coach Federation. When not working, I love exploring the world with my husband and three daughters. I strive to constantly find wonder - whether it\'s by marveling at clouds overhead, laughing until tears roll down my cheeks, or getting to know my clients in deep and meaningful ways, I find life to be endlessly interesting and I am grateful to be fully immersed in it.
