Summer internship in the New York office of one of the largest international law firms with over 3,500 lawyers and 21 offices worldwide. Following internship, offered a part time role in the Austin office- Provide full lifecycle non-lateral recruitment support, including uploading materials, scheduling interviews, collecting interviewer feedback, managing the applicant tracking system (viRecruit), preparing offers, and communicating status updates to candidates and partners- Assist with legal recruiting activities, including organizing and updating recruiting materials, scheduling and supporting on-campus recruiting events at UT Law School, making travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates, inputting data into the recruitment database, and gathering updates and feedback from attorneys- Provide administrative support to departments during the summer program.
