A Toronto based Freelance Photographer, Journalist, and Multimedia Reporter at Humber Et Cetera, focused on broadcast and multimedia storytelling. I am currently shaping my reporting, production, and storytelling skills through hands-on newsroom experience at Humber Polytechnic while building a portfolio, where I combine my love for storytelling with the power of visual media. Journalism truly does give me the ability to uncover stories that matter and highlight significant moments in people’s lives. I truly love connecting with people through interviews, uncovering compelling stories, and sharing their experiences through my work.My storytelling is diverse and ranges from topics leaning into personal and lighthearted which takes on culture and lifestyle. Contrast to that as of recently I have become drawn to current social issues.In June 2024, I received my Photography Advanced Diploma from Humber College, where I spent two years developing both professional & creative skills. Through photography, I aim to create spaces where people feel genuinely seen and celebrated. My passion begins in those moments when someone feels at home in front of my lens.Beyond newsroom work, I enjoy travel, whether that be putting my photography passion and education to use and producing photo journalism into travel writing I find the most inspiration in stories about legacy, and experiences that reshape how we view the world, what else there is to discover and the people we meet throughout the process. My goal is to produce journalism that\'s honest, current, and emotionally authentic. I also work in Client Services with Oxford Properties and serve at Cordi Italian Bakery…because why not mix a little espresso with storytelling?At the heart of everything I do, my goal is to bring light into someone’s life through honest, compassionate storytelling both visually and informatively.
