I work in the Federated Diagnostics (Insights) team of Amazon Prime Video - we work to provide Prime Video teams with real-time system observability via a log ingestion and query system that combines zero-knowledge observability with user and product insights. Working on this viral platform requires constant innovation and adaptation to allow the other teams to fix problems quickly - this improves the viewing experience of millions of Prime Video customers every day.I work with both our platform’s frontend and backend, including React (HTML, Typescript, and CSS) interfacing with infrastructure such as AWS storage.
