I’m a junior at Purdue University majoring in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Communications, driven by a passion for helping people, teams, and organizations succeed through strong leadership, clear communication, and meaningful relationships.I’m currently working at a staffing agency as an Intake Specialist and Social Media Coordinator, where I support candidates through the hiring process, conduct intakes, and help connect individuals with the right employment opportunities. In addition, I assist with social media content and branding efforts to strengthen community engagement and promote open roles. This role has strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and people-centered problem solving while giving me hands-on exposure to workforce operations and HR-related processes.Previously, I’ve gained experience as both a Marketing Intern and Human Resources Intern, supporting employee engagement initiatives, branding efforts, and process improvement projects designed to help people work better together.On campus, I’m actively involved in SALT, a Christian-based organization that has helped me grow as a leader, teammate, and communicator.
