Responsible for driving the stories, journeys and experiences of the Talent Experience pod and Learning & Development platforms for the HR Technology team. Create and manage the platform and product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working with all stakeholders to ensure needs and demands are a part of the prioritization process. • Work with key partners to help to define a product vision and strategy that is aligned with the high-level product roadmap. Define product direction, prioritize and manage features that will deliver best of class experiences • Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to increasingly complex business or technical problems • Responsible for implementations and maintenance and support of HR applications • Support multiple projects within expected timeframes - ensuring project deliverables are on time while meeting customer goals and expectations
