As a part of physical - chemical analyses team, I am responsible for performing analysis for special parameters in food. 1) Potentiometric titration - Metrohm - Total Acid analysis - Volatile acid analysis 2) Foreign substance - SO2 determination by solid distillation (Slightly modified Monier-Williams).3) Viscosity (Rheometry)4) Measuring consistency and flow rate by Bostwick consistometer.5) Analysis of Drinking water by cell test (Ammonium, Chloride, Nitrite, Nitrate and Sulphate)
