As McElhanney’s sole Event Coordinator, I lead the planning and execution of approximately 40 events annually—from multi-day leadership conferences and professional development sessions to ski days, tradeshows, and awards galas. I manage each event from concept to completion, working closely with our executive team, operations, and various internal committees to ensure every experience is aligned with our company values and culture.In addition to event execution, I’m responsible for developing scalable event processes and toolkits to empower staff across our 30+ branches to run their own successful local events. I also oversee our company-wide hotel booking system.Alongside my event work, I’ve taken on the role of part-time Social Media Coordinator, contributing to McElhanney’s online presence and brand storytelling. I collaborate with many cross-functional teams, including the Women at McElhanney Committee, Leadership Team, and Business Support Services.
