Whether it’s bridging gaps between people, ideas, or projects, I thrive on forging meaningful relationships that drive impactful change. My journey has equipped me with a unique lens through which I see the world—a blend of resilience and precision that allows me to navigate challenges while reimagining what’s possible.With over 15 years in global social impact, fundraising, reproductive health, and entrepreneurship, I specialize in finding innovative, sustainable solutions to complex health and development issues. Growing up as a third-culture kid in West Africa taught me the value of empathy and the art of building connections—skills I now apply to align multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders around common goals in order to improve access to resources for those who need it most.At One Heart Worldwide, I’ve embraced the role of professional matchmaker, ensuring our field teams, partners, and leadership are in sync as we work towards our vision of safe motherhood for all. This approach has led to securing our largest single grant to date and reaching 1.5 million mothers and newborns with the resources they need to not only survive, but thrive.I want to be part of a community on a mission. As a dynamic generalist, I’m passionate about problem-solving and love using research and human connection to support initiatives in international development, youth health, and reproductive health. My idealism drives my work, but it’s my realistic approach that turns ideas into tangible results.
