WORK HISTORY
Graduate Research Assistant @Texas A&m University College Of Engineering
College Station, TX, US
Developing generalizable Graph Neural Network (GNN) based models for heat transfer and fluid flow problems using Pytorch Geometric (PyG) and MATLAB deep learning libraries. • Designed a novel Residual Multilayer Perceptron-based GNN architecture validated against OpenFOAM and MATLAB data and achieved great extrapolation and parametric generalizability for heat transfer and fluid flow problems (Published in Physics of Fluids)• Developed Physics-Informed Graph Neural Networks (PI-GNNs) and GNN-based Reduced Order Modeling frameworks for computational fluid dynamics.
