   I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. I came to Castle & Cooke Mortgage in 2013 and I love the people and the atmosphere in this company. The customer service and company commitment are extraordinary. Over the years I have kept myself educated and up to date as the mortgage industry has ebbed and flowed. I have been through all the highs and lows and weathered the good times and the rough times. I continue to evolve and progress in this somewhat “wild” industry because I find great fulfillment in customizing and structuring loans that benefit my clients and guiding them through the often nerve-wracking process of securing a home loan. I have become an expert in working with First Time Buyers to help them obtain grant funds for down payment and/or closing costs as well as “move-up” buyers. I have earned the respect of my peers and co-workers in the mortgage/finance industry and I am always willing to give that extra service that my clients deserve. In an industry that is constantly changing it is hard to know who to trust, there are so many options out there. I have built my career on referral and repeat business and I greatly value the friendships and business relationships that I have made over my reputable career.
