I\'ve built and scaled global technology capabilities across both — shaping how organizations architect platforms, modernize operations, and harness AI to drive real business outcomes, while leading across payments and fintech as financial infrastructure is being fundamentally reimagined. That intersection is where the most consequential technology decisions are being made, and it\'s where I operate.My career spans financial services, healthcare, retail, telecommunications, and media — and that breadth is the point. It\'s how I see the operating model challenge in payments that mirrors the platform bet in healthcare. It\'s how I\'ve uncovered hundreds of millions in unmapped IT spend, architected platform strategies that launched new businesses into trillion-dollar markets, and led multi-year modernization programs from vision through delivery. Pattern recognition earned across decades and continents — applied with precision where others move with caution.I build. Organizations, teams, global capabilities, businesses. But the work that matters most to me is building the people and the culture that make all of it possible. I lead with intentionality — creating environments where diverse teams do their best thinking, where leaders at every level are developed and empowered, and where the pursuit of excellence is grounded in respect for every person in the room.
