Assisting the Chief Track Engineer and the Senior Track Alignment Engineer in the preparation and submission of DSRs and Letters.• Maintaining the records/database of the documents.• Working on the documents through a system software ‘PMIS’ provided by the organization and checking the status of document submissions.• Checking of MPCs and MPRs received from the Contractor.• Preparation of NCRs for the contractor with the approval of L3/L4.• Approving the RFIs for track slab casting.• Preparation and submission of MOMs.• Working closely with the Planning Team by assisting them with the project updates.• Preparation and submission of progress reports (after every 15 days) to the Planning team.• Preparation of Daily Progress Reports of site progress.• Updating and submitting the DPRs and Track Slab Casting Master Progress sheet to the Planning team.• Inspection of the site activities in the Main Line.• Maintaining the Manpower log.• Any other work assigned from time to time.
