For the past 20 years I\'ve partnered with senior operational and commercial leaders to build workforce strategies that hold up under pressure. That means succession planning that prepares people for what’s next, retention systems built on predictive signals rather than exit surveys, culture work tied to performance outcomes, and labor strategy that protects the business long-term. I\'ve done that work across large, distributed organizations with 900+ employees and 40+ locations, through growth, restructuring, M&A, and everything in between. My HR expertise covers talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, labor and employee relations, leadership development, and people analytics. I\'ve served as 1st and 2nd chair in collective bargaining, built succession readiness from frontline supervisor through Area VP, and navigated significant organizational change alongside C-suite and executive leadership. I have attained SHRM-SCP certification and currently serve on the advisory boards of Airvet and Fountain. A few career highlights- Designed a workforce retention program during a period of major demand disruption that saved 30% in labor costs across 26 states and approximately $5K per employee in rehiring expenses- Led a 24-month culture and leadership initiative tied to measurable business outcomes and contributing to $20M in incremental EBITDA growth- Built an enterprise performance framework connecting leadership behaviors, engagement, and operational efficiency to a year-over-year EBITDA increase of $8M.
