I build repair ecosystems inside regulated hardware industries.My work lives at the intersection of consumer electronics, marketplaces, sustainability, and public policy — where physical products, digital platforms, and real-world service networks have to align or the system breaks.Over the last decade, I’ve led the creation of multi-sided marketplaces, OEM partnership programs, and repair enablement platforms that connect manufacturers, service providers, and end users at scale.
