Backlog & Roadmap Management: Maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring features and initiatives are aligned with company goals and user needs. Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate scrum ceremonies (e.g, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups) to ensure high productivity and transparent communication across teams. Product Strategy & Execution: Align strategic goals with user-centric features, ensuring a balance between short-term deliverables and long-term growth.
