I next honed my communication and problem solving skills in the insurance industry and business acumen by striking out on my own. After learning and implementing communication, planning and scheduling in my own business and as an executive at a 4 Billion dollar organization I worked more on Stakeholder engagement and collaboration. I wanted to formally show that I can learn and follow true Project Management processes and passed the PMP-PMI Certification. Now I am working on reviewing and learning tools that promote good project management and am currently working on learning new skills. I am free to schedule time
