I’m a Miami-based real estate attorney in Greenberg Traurig’s Real Estate Practice, representing institutional investors, REITs, private investment groups, developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in complex commercial real estate transactions across the United States, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development matters across multifamily, residential, industrial, office, retail, condominium, data centers, digital infrastructure, and other emerging asset classes. With nearly two decades of experience, I focus on structuring and executing sophisticated real estate transactions from initial due diligence through closing. I take a practical, business-driven approach to deals and am known for anticipating and resolving issues early, keeping transactions moving even when there are multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and layered capital stacks. My practice also includes work involving data centers and digital infrastructure, particularly as AI and cloud-driven demand continue to accelerate activity across these sectors. A Miami native with Argentine roots, I’m fluent in Spanish and advise both domestic and international clients investing in U.S. real estate.
