ABOUT MARIA GRAZIA PERSICO

I graduated in Business Economics at “Luigi Bocconi” University and have worked in the field of communications since 1996, first at ANIMA (federazione della meccanica di Confindustria) as Communication and Institutional Relations Manager for three trade associations; at the same time I was Italian delegate in Brussels for Orgalime. Following that, I was Cabinet Head and Institutional Relations Manager in the departments of Commerce, Industry – Fashion, Tourism and Big Events for the City of Milan. During this mandate I contributed to open new market channels in Russia, Egypt, Eastern Europe, China, Indonesia, for the represented companies through the conception and organisation of suited communication initiatives. I was put in charge of the Italian Secretariat at Orgalime in Brussels to represent the Italian Mechanical Industry. Since 2006, I am a certified journalist. I fulfilled for about two years the duty of Councillor Spokesperson for Commerce and Production Activities and for Fashion, Tourism and Major Events for Milan Hall at Comune di Milano. At the same time I cooperated as Editorial Manager at Giornale del Comune di Milano with the Editorial Director, Paolo Longanesi. Since 2002, I am Owner and CEO of Mgp & Partners, which is an agency for communication and institutional relations focused on environment and sustainability, with an ISO 9001:2015 certification. I am Founder and Editorial Manager of Nonsoloambiente.it since 2013 and in 2018 I launched NSA. NSA is an innovative start-up, which offers content, CSR and digital marketing services for companies. I am also Professor and Instructor for university and post-graduate courses on subjects related to the world of communication and public relations. I have been a member of UNA since 2003, as well as member of Sustainability Hub of assolombarda from 2022 on.
