UX training sessions for senior developers and solution template builders Mentoring junior designers by providing guidance, support, and expertise. Design direction: starting from Fiori SAP guidelines, I establish design principles and heuristics for the team to follow. This ensures consistency and coherence across different projects and products. Project management: I oversee the design process and manage projects from start to finish. This involves coordinating with stakeholders, setting project timelines, and ensuring that design deliverables are met on time. ABOUT MANUELA GIULIANA
After the Diploma in Italy I did many different jobs until I was employed in a Law firm for 7 years, but my curiosity and my interests for new technologies led me to attend BSc in Communication Sciences at the University of Genoa while I was still working as an employee. I graduated with honors and won the the Swiss Government Scholarship – Cantonal grant, allowing me to pursue my Master of Science studies in Switzerland and quit my job in Italy. I took part into the Exchange Programme at NTU Nanyang Technologies University in Singapore, during which I learned to enhance my attitude to face situations from different points of view, and that was very useful when I started to work in the User-Centered Design. The nature of my Bachelor and Master degree courses and my working experience make me a perfect candidate for jobs related to User Experience design and usability analysis.I am a fast and accurate designer and a bit of perfectionist by nature, so it is just natural for me to want everything to work properly and be pleasant for people who will engage the digital experience.My interests are in human-computer interaction and experience-oriented design with a keen eye on usability.Italian and British citizenships.
