I question the status-quo and enable others to accomplish amazing things. Whether with my students or the families and colleagues I work alongside, I challenge the dredges of simply \'doing school\' through engaging and authentic teaching. To me, this means tapping into student\'s creativity, connections to community, and sense of justice. And let me tell you, it has been a wild ride!Nearly 5 years ago, I launched into the teaching profession. As the Covid-19 pandemic altered education as we knew it, I quickly pivoted to curating a highly personalized online education experience that maintained high expectations for success. In the past two years I have re-developed differentiated, authentic, and anti-racist classroom curriculum to meet my students needs and wide-ranged interests. I am pressing pause on classroom teaching to help organizations meet their mission in transforming the lives of young people and the communities around them. I am a proven facilitator, who loves to write, create content, and design deliverables to engage any audience. I listen, ask questions, and synthesize information. I am an organized, action-oriented collaborator who is not afraid to get my hands dirty and try new things.Let\'s connect!
